What it is

K3 Bumblebee is Shanghai Kepler Robotics' heavy-load industrial humanoid, launched at the 2026 World Robot Conference alongside the wheeled K3W variant. It keeps Kepler's planetary roller-screw hybrid actuation and adds a waist degree of freedom for a wider working envelope. Kepler rates it for 30 kg dual-arm payload and eight hours of work on a one-hour charge, with 100 TOPS of edge compute and an optional tactile, six-axis force and heavy-load dexterous-hand suite. The company says about 80 percent of key parts are self-developed and that it has built a 1,000-unit-per-year line.

Highlights

0130 kg dual-arm payload for heavy industrial work.
02Eight hours of operation on a one-hour charge.
03New waist DOF versus the K2 for a wider workspace.
04100 TOPS on-device compute with NVIDIA Jetson Orin.
05Planetary roller-screw hybrid actuation; 80% self-developed parts.
