What it is

The H2 Plus is the humanoid reference-design hardware body that Unitree Robotics released alongside NVIDIA Isaac GR00T in June 2026, positioned as "integrated R&D and production, full-stack launch."

On June 1, 2026, NVIDIA announced Isaac GR00T, its first open reference design for humanoid robots, using the Unitree H2 Plus as the hardware body — any team can get a humanoid robot up and running on this reference design. Unitree's marketing department confirmed that the H2 Plus will officially go on sale in the second half of 2026.

Specifications: 1.82 m tall, about 70 kg (including battery), and 31 degrees of freedom across the body (6 per leg + 7 per arm + 3 in the waist + 2 in the head; up to 75 DOF with dexterous hands). Leg joints deliver 360 N·m of peak torque and arm joints 120 N·m. The 15 Ah / 0.972 kWh battery provides about 3 hours of runtime, and intelligent OTA updates are supported.
