What it is

TORA-ONE is a general-purpose humanoid robot released by PaXini on August 21, 2024 at the 2024 World Robot Conference in Beijing. It has 53 degrees of freedom in total (21 in the body + 32 in the two hands), a height adjustable between 1.46 and 1.86 m, and it can fold for storage; it uses a wheeled-leg chassis with a maximum speed of 0.6 m/s. The rated payload is 5 kg per arm, the maximum arm length is 96.5 cm, and repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.5 mm. Both hands are in-house DexH13 dexterous hands with a total of 2,280 ITPU tactile units (6,840 signal channels) and 0.01 N-level force perception. A built-in 40 Ah battery provides about 8 hours of runtime. In October 2024, PaXini's dual-arm assembly system rolled off the line and was delivered to customers, entering the small-batch delivery phase.
