Mirokaï is a small wheeled social service robot from the French company Enchanted Tools, standing 123 cm tall, weighing 29 kg and with 26 degrees of freedom in total. It has a rounded, playful "elf face" expression panel, moves at up to 3.2 km/h and runs for about 4 hours, and can carry out navigation, delivery, guided-tour and companionship tasks in hospitals, hotels, care homes and shopping centres.
Mirokaï's design philosophy is "a robot anyone can own": it can serve as an autonomous AI assistant or be taken over by a remote operator as an "avatar", switching seamlessly between human and AI control. In November 2022 Enchanted Tools unveiled its first prototype (Miroki); in 2023 it showed the second-generation Mirokaï at VivaTech and began pilots in French hospitals and hotels. The company plans to bring it to the global market on a subscription model (around US$30,000 per unit, or rental).
Founder Jérôme Monceaux was previously part of the SoftBank Pepper team, so Mirokaï is seen as a "new-generation Pepper", emphasising human-centred social interaction and modular, expandable hardware.
